Consultation
ABC Blind & Drapery offers in-home consultations and measuring by its experienced designers within the Central Texas service area. In-home consultations are a convenient way to design, select, and ensure you get the look you’ve always wanted. The conveniently scheduled in-home consultations include a review of your needs and desires; sample books of products, patterns, and color options; a measurement of the windows; and a detailed quote. This allows you to select the perfect window treatments in your own home.
In-home consultations do not create an obligation to buy – but based on customer experience we’re confident that you will! In addition, ABC guarantees its measurements.
Installation
As your order is being completed, ABC will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the installation. Because we know people lead busy lives, an appointment will allow you to plan your schedule around the installation. Prior to arriving at the installation location, our team double-checks your order to ensure it is complete and ready for installation.
With every installation, our team is committed to providing hassle-free, timely and professional services. Our installers are highly trained professionals, so we are confident in providing a warranty on all our work, along with our products.
Repairs
Whether you purchased your window coverings from us or elsewhere, ABC offers repair services on most all window coverings. Repairs can be dropped-off and picked-up at our north USPS drop off center: 7421 Burnet Rd, Austin, TX 78757 or our Main office location. We also offer turnkey repair service if you need your repairs picked up and re-installed. Typical repairs range from a common restring to replacing tilters and cord-locks. If we cannot fix it, we can help you replace it. We are your one-stop showroom and offer a wide selection of replacement window coverings.

- Original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are noted below), assuming the product was properly installed.
- All internal mechanisms, components, and brackets
- For three (3) years from the date of purchase: operating cords, pleated shades with looped tape, 2” horizontal vinyl blinds slats, and vertical blinds vanes.
- For five (5) years from the date of purchase: motorization components and accessories (batteries not included), draperies, fabric covered cornices and valances, soft shades and accessories, exterior solar shades (provided they are fully raised during inclement weather and windy conditions)
- Repairs under this warranty will be made with like or similar parts
NOT COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse; failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation use, cleaning, or maintenance
- Discoloration, fading, cracking, shrinking, or stretching caused by long exposure to direct sunlight
- Slight color variations; natural variations in color, grain, or weave of natural materials
- Slight warpage of wood blinds or shutters; excessive warpage caused by high humidity
- Shipping or labor costs incurred by aking product down, re-measuring, or re-installation
- Unfinished cornices and valances; Palladian shelves
- Fabric used for “Customer’s Own Materials” order
