Details are what elevate something from just okay to amazing. Whether it’s the intricate stitching on a piece of clothing or an added touch of metallic on a handbag, details matter. This year, we urge our clients to spend extra time looking at hardware. The rod that your drapery hangs from may not be the focal point of the room, but you certainly want to avoid selecting a victorian style drapery rod when you have modern furniture. Not to mention, that purposefully choosing your hardware can also help incorporate a secondary color into the decor. Speaking of which, we hear silver, bronze and gold are still on trend…
metallics
A touch of gold here and there is all you need. While we don’t carry 24 karat gold window treatments at ABC Blind & Drapery, we do know how to work in metallics without making them seem over the top or cheap. The solution lies with Tableaux Decorative Grilles. The image below is just one example of how you can use Tableaux products. You have the option to create something entirely custom, which includes the size, shape, design, and finish (metallic!!) of the grille.
