A scheduled in-home consultation includes a review of your needs and desires, sample books of products, patterns, and color options, a measurement of the windows, and a detailed quote. In-home consultations do not create an obligation to buy – but we are confident that after you see how easy it is to pick the perfect window treatments for your home with us, that you will!
Once you’ve decided to work with us at ABC Blind & Drapery, we quickly and efficiently start the selection process. This starts with gathering all the measurements of the windows you choose to outfit, selecting what type of window treatment you want and then custom ordering the treatments to your exact needs and wants. The perk of investing in custom window treatments is that not only will you get the exact window treatments you want down to matching the color to the rest of your space, but you also get the luxury of having the whole process dealt with for you by an ABC team member. While your order is being completed, ABC will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the installation.
Because we know people lead busy lives, an appointment will allow you to plan your schedule around the installation. Prior to arriving at the installation location, our team double-checks your order to ensure it is complete and ready for installation. It is important that you are available for a quick demonstration of how the window coverings operate. In the unlikely event that you or the installation team discovers any repairs or warranty issues, we can address them quickly in-house thanks to our repair services.
