ABC Blind & Drapery guarantees our products will be defect-free in material and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, provided that such products were properly installed in residential dwellings.

 

ABC Blind & Drapery’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the window fashion product(s) or components found to be defective and excludes all shipping charges, service trips, lost time, and re-installation or removal fees associated with the window products.

 

To obtain warranty service, please contact ABC Blind & Drapery to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the products, etc.

Warranties

The Graber Limited Lifetime Warranty represents a dedication to your complete satisfaction—ensuring a lifetime of beauty, excellence, and service when you need it most. Graber’s warranty covers: 

  • Original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are noted below), assuming the product was properly installed
  • All internal mechanisms, components, and brackets
  • For three (3) years from the date of purchase: operating cords, pleated shades without looped tape, 2″ horizontal vinyl blinds slats, and vertical blinds vanes
  • For five (5) years from date of purchase: motorization components and accessories (batteries not included), draperies, fabric covered cornices and valances, soft shades and accessories, exterior solar shades (provided they are fully raised during inclement weather and windy conditions)
  • Repairs under this warranty will be made with like or similar parts

Horizons Window Fashions warrants that its products properly installed in a residential dwelling will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

 

All fabric colors tend to lose their original intensity over time, and pull cords eventually wear out. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by this guarantee. Abuse and misuse are not covered. Color lots vary and may not exactly match a previously ordered product. Repair is the purchaser’s sole remedy under this guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damages, freight, installation or service calls (trip charges).

At TWO, we stand behind the products we manufacture. All our warranties apply to the end customer and last up to 15 years, depending on the product. Only the end consumer is entitled to make a warranty claim with us directly. The product does not need to have been previously registered to make that claim. We require the product reseller’s name and the approximate time of purchase.

All of Timber Blinds products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Economy Express products are covered for a period of 1 year and do not include cords.

This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser, in a residential application. 

 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. TimberBlindMetroShade considers things such as sun damage and cord deterioration as normal wear and tear – which is not covered by this warranty. Products ordered outside of the recommended manufacturing specifications (oversized blinds) are not covered by this warranty. All products/SKU’s discontinued in the normal course of business are specifically excluded from our warranty. 

 

Economy Express products carry a 1 year warranty. All other warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer at retail own our products.

Extends a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to manually operated Custom Products properly installed in the window, door, or interior area for which they were intended. Installation of the product must be in accordance with the accompanying instructions. The product cannot be modified. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to maintain and clean the product in compliance with the instructions provided. The product must be used only in the window for which it was purchased.

 

This warranty covers our products for defects in materials, mechanisms, workmanship, or failure to operate properly. Operational cords are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase. Any conditions caused by damage to the product resulting from misuse, abuse, direct exposure to salty air, or discoloration due to sunlight or the passage of time are NOT covered by this warranty.

Comfortex warrants that its window treatments will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original residential purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions.  The Limited Lifetime Warranty is extended to the original residential purchaser only, in the original window for which it was installed.

 

The warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper handling, installation, repairs, operation, cleaning, and exposure to any heat sources.  (Excessive heat sources include, but not limited to;  magnification of  sunlight through cubes of glass, heaters of any kind, ovens, candles, lighting fixtures, etc.)  This warranty does not cover variation in fabric color, grain, or texture in natural wood products nor excessive warping of wood slats in high humidity areas.  The loss of pleating is not covered if the product is not being cycled (held in the raised position a portion of the time). Normal wear and tear is not covered.

 

All moving parts, such as cords and strings (internal and external), will eventually wear out and fabric may fray.  Comfortex considers these things as normal wear and tear and will carry a five-year Limited Warranty.  All fabric, including fabric vanes, panels, inserts, and shades carry a five-year Warranty.  Fabric cell separation is covered for a lifetime.  See Comfortex Standard Return and Repair Policy for more details.

 

This Limited Warranty does not cover transportation costs to and from the retailer, costs of removal, re-measure, reinstallation of product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

If a Comfortex product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the cost of a product that fails to conform to this Limited Warranty.  Colors vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatch, sample book, or previous purchases.  Discontinued components or color selections will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product.  This shall be your sole remedy under this Limited Warranty.
